How to lose belly fat?

 Belly Fat comes easily on our body but when it comes to giving up it becomes firm.To remove fat from other parts of body is comparatively easy than losing belly fat.To lose we need to follow a healthy diet along with come cardio exercise.Diet plays a vital role when we talk about Fitness.Many people in order to lose weight skip their meal which is the biggest blunder.Our task is not to be hungry,our work is to be healthy.In order to be healthy it is important to take a three time meal along with healthy food cravings in between the major meals.Belly Fat is the most stubbforn fat of the body.Following are some ways to cut down tummy fat :

1. Add plenty of Soluble Fibres in your Diet

Having soluble fibres helps in reduction of calories that our body extracts from food.It also helps in keeping your tummy full and helps in avoiding unnecessarily cravings.An observational study of over 1100 adults found that for every 10-gram increase in soluble fiber intake, belly fat gain decreased by 3.7% over a 5-year period.

2.Avoid consumption of Packed Foods with Trans fat

Trans fats are created by pumping hydrogen into unsaturated fats such as soybean oil.They’re found in some margarines and spreads, and they’re also added to some packaged foods.These fats have been linked to inflammation, heart disease, insulin resistance and abdominal fat gain in observational and animal studies.A 6-year study found that monkeys who ate a high-trans-fat diet gained 33% more abdominal fat than monkeys that ate a diet high in monounsaturated fat.

3.Stop drinking alcohol


Too much alcohol causes tummy fat.Alcohol when consumed in small quantity can be used in curing some problems related to health but excessive driking cause damage and severely effects our body.If we avoid this habit then it is very easy to reduce our waist size.In a study of more than 2000 people, those who drank alcohol daily but averaged less than one drink per day had less belly fat than those who drank less frequently but consumed more alcohol on the days they did drink.

4.Add more proteins in your diet

 Addition of protein is very important in order to lose weight.High protein intake increases release of the fullness hormone PYY, which decreases appetite and promotes fullness. Protein also raises your metabolic rate and helps you retain muscle mass during weight loss.

5.Stop taking Stress

Stress is something which is hidden in mind but causes various problems in our body.It also leads to increase in Belly Fat.To avoid stress one should try to keep their body engaged in some pleasurable activities like Yoga, Dance etc.

6.Some Cardio Exercise 

A regular schedule of exersicing is must for a body.Laziness causes increase in our belly weight.So one should jogg or walk for atleast 30 mins a day , some sit ups and abs workout.

7.Avoid Eating Sugary products

Products which are very sweet should be avoided because they lead to belly increase.One should always have a limit to sweet products and also it should be consumed in morning. One should avoid eating that in dinner time.
